SBio Energy involves the balancing of energy that flows in and around the body, similar to the qi ("chee") in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Energy can become trapped in various centres or chakras leading to illness or discomfort. It is the job of the Bio Energy therapist to identify these blockages and through treatment release them.

The Bio Energy therapist will start by checking the aura, this is the area around the body. Through many hours of training and practice, therapists hands will be extremely sensitive to any energy changes in the aura and can identify where energy blockages exist. Over a number of treatments the therapists will work to shift the blockages. The body responds to changes in the aura by beginning to heal itself. This can take place on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.

Bio Energy can assist in the treatment of physical, mental and emotional conditions including asthma, back problems, skin disorders, depression, panic attacks, traumas, digestive and muscular problems.

Treatments are usually carried out over a number of half hour sessions, although this may vary from practitioner to practitioner.
