This course is designed as a simple entry-level
introduction to the exciting world of kinesiology. It is designed
to teach participants some simple stress release procedures
to defuse stress that they can use on themselves and share
with family members and friends. It is also intended that
most students will be so enthused by the results they are
getting that they will then want to take further Stress Release
workshops or want to pursue other forms of kinesiology such
as Touch for Health or Brain Gym.
