This workshop
is designed for very broad appeal, i.e., for anyone who is
capable of muscle monitoring and is not severely visually
or hearing impaired. We all experience stress and can benefit
from knowing some useful coping skills.
The stress reduction techniques are designed
for self-use under any circumstance, and with friends, relatives,
and colleagues with the use of muscle monitoring for pre-
and post-tests.
We also use muscle monitoring while covering
topics such as goal setting, time management, and procrastination.
This way we can use the relatively new phenomenon of muscle
monitoring biofeedback to enhance what is considered mainstream
stress management.
